Our accumulator charging valve is installed between the power source of an open-center hydraulic system and downstream hydraulic devices (such as brake valves). It is designed to charge hydraulic accumulators while simultaneously supplying pressure to other connected components. The charging speed and unloading pressure range of the valve can be easily set, helping the system maintain smooth and steady pressure during operation.
During accumulator charging, the flow has minimal impact on other components’ operations. When the system pressure drops below the preset level, the valve continues to provide hydraulic power to downstream devices, which assists to maintain a smooth and reliable system performance.
