Our service brake valve features a closed-center spool design and works in combination with accumulators and charging valves of matching specifications to ensure optimal performance. This provides service braking during normal operation and emergency braking in the event of hydraulic system power loss.

In its default free state, the brake port is connected to the tank port. When the pedal is pressed, the tank port is shut off from the brake port. Pressing further opens the pressure port to the brake port, and additional pedal force gradually increases brake pressure until it balances with the hydraulic feedback force. Releasing the pedal removes the applied force, and the valve automatically returns to its free state, which ensures the system is reset and ready for the next operation.

Our hydraulic system valves and components are widely used in off-highway machinery, including construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and material handling equipment. Our hydraulic valves are also applied across various industries such as aerial work platforms, sanitation vehicles, and port machinery.
