SMWV-10 Sectional Directional Control Valve
Hydraulic multi-way control valve for the control of fluid flow in various industrial and agricultural machines
The SMWV-010 sectional directional control valve is engineered for very high-capacity hydraulic systems, providing precise control of fluid flow for larger, more powerful machinery. Like the other valves in the SMWV series, it uses an electromagnetic spool mechanism for accurate flow management but is specifically designed to handle greater flow rates and heavier operational loads. The control block features a wet-type DC solenoid, fully sealed and insulated to allow smooth movement of the armature in oil. This design reduces mechanical wear, softens hydraulic impact, and improves heat dissipation, resulting in highly reliable switching performance and an extended service life. The cast internal fluid channels minimize pressure loss and maximize overall efficiency, supporting high-demand hydraulic operations.
- Modular, compact structure allowing multi-module combinations for scalable hydraulic control
- Built-in hydraulic lock design, simplifying system circuitry and ensuring safe, reliable operation
- Low pressure loss and high efficiency, reducing overall energy consumption of heavy-duty machinery

The sectional directional control valve is commonly used in harvesting machinery, aerial work platforms, and sanitation equipment requiring larger hydraulic flow handling:
- Harvesting machinery (e.g., combine harvesters): Synchronously manages table height, drum rotation speed, and cleaning mechanisms while adapting to field load changes
- Aerial work platforms (e.g., multi-stage boom lifts): Provides accurate control of multi-section boom extension, platform leveling, and rotation for stable and safe elevated operations
- Sanitation vehicles (e.g., garbage compactors): Coordinates bin lifting, compactor plate movement, and wastewater tank controls for smooth and reliable operation
